For many years I was the author of “Agency Law“, published by Thomson Reuters.
That required me to produce two updates each year, which was hard work but interesting. Sadly and largely because they also produce the leading work on the subject, my book is going out of print.
However, for those interested in this topic which has considerable importance to commercial life across the world, I am setting up a blog on the Unity website to cover new developments in the area.
